Leave all of your facility’s reporting to us. Whether it’s a Tier II report, an Annual Waste Summary, a Stormwater Certification Plan, remediation updates, or NOR Updates, we make sure your facility stays in compliance.

RECORD KEEPING:
Each media requires that records be maintained. We set up your record system on your site. All records stay at the facility.Whether or not your facility is required to submit records, it is required to maintain them on site.

SELF-AUDIT:
When Burris Environmental Compliance is first contracted, a complete environmental regulatory audit of the site will be completed. A plan will be established to achieve full compliance going forward.

REGULATOR SITE INSPECTIONS:
Inspections by the City / County / State / Federal Agencies or Bureaus
We will assist your facility to prepare for the inspection and be on-site the day of the inspection, if possible.
Should a compliance issue be noted by an inspector, we will guide site management to formulate a plan, then draft the required response to be submitted. We will provide a turnkey compliance plan and action to fix the non-compliance.

STAFF TRAINING:
Certain environmental regulations require staff to be trained, per their positions. We are qualified trainers and can get your employees compliant under the laws.
Our training is site-specific. We are firm believers in not wasting time (yours or ours) and only providing the training required for the particular set of regulations applicable to your facility. Your staff does not need to learn all 48,000 environmental regulations… that’s my job.
